Best Brands For Customer Service 2024 Methodology

As products and services become increasingly accessible online—sometimes exclusively—high-quality customer service can seem like an antiquated notion. But some companies still prioritize white-glove service in the form of speed, problem-solving acumen and top-notch people skills, consistently keeping their customers satisfied.

To recognize these standout companies, Forbes has partnered with data analytics company HundredX to create our first-ever list of the Best Brands For Customer Service. To be unveiled on November 29, the ranking derives from a year-long online survey of 201,000 people who provided 4.2 million ratings on more than 3,000 brands. The top 300 made our list.

Check back on November 29 for the results.

As with all Forbes lists, companies pay no fee to participate. For questions about this list, please contact listdesk (at) forbes.com.
