Movie <\/em>and, to a lesser extent, <em>Fast X.<\/em><\/p>\n<p class=\"dist__StyledText-sc-5a46198a-12 ggMJgB\"><strong>Let\u2019s-a-go: <\/strong>Theatrical revenues rose 66% YoY to $913 million, and the company\u2019s content and experiences division, which includes NBC and Peacock, reported revenue of $10.9 billion, a 4% uptick from last year. The company\u2019s theme parks business also recorded revenue growth.<\/p>\n<p class=\"dist__StyledText-sc-5a46198a-12 ggMJgB\">Comcast\u2019s connectivity business revenue grew 7% to more than $10 billion, though video advertising and other revenue in that segment fell 7% to $9.8 billion. Overall, Comcast reported $30.5 billion in revenue, up 1.7% YoY, and nearly $4.25 billion in net profit, up 25% YoY.<\/p>\n<p class=\"dist__StyledText-sc-5a46198a-12 ggMJgB\"><strong>Bird brain: <\/strong>Peacock added 2 million subscribers in the quarter, bringing its subscriber count total to 24 million. Revenues from Peacock ballooned 85% to $820 million, but costs from Peacock in the quarter were $651 million.
