Fig has hired Justine Armour to serve as chief creative officer and partner. She was previously chief creative officer at Grey New York, a role she left about a year ago.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Sasha Savic, global CEO of IPG Mediabrands agency UM, is out after less than five months in the role. His successor is Andrea Suarez, global president of Thrive, the IPG Mediabrands unit dedicated to Nestl\u00e9.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Natxo Diaz has been named VMLY&R Health\u2019s first global head of health craft. He was previously chief creative officer at VMLY&R Health Spain.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Account wins, losses, and reviews<\/h2>\n

Impossible Foods tapped creative agency Super Serious, co-founded by actor Terry Crews, for two new national advertising campaigns: \u201cMaking Meat History\u201d and \u201cThe Summer of Impossible.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Pfizer has added Work & Co to its agency list, hiring it to \u201chandle digital innovation duties,\u201d according to Ad Age. The move comes after the pharma company modified its agency roster last month.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

Tourism group Brand USA handed its media business to R&R, an independent media agency. According to Adweek, \u201cthe business moved out of GroupM\u2019s EssenceMediacom,\u201d and \u201cR&R is now managing media strategy, planning and buying for the brand.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Miroma Group founder Marc Boyan has partnered with actor Idris Elba to start a marketing agency called SillyFace. It \u201cwill focus on bringing \u2018cultural value\u2019 to campaigns, as well as encouraging a more creative, joyful approach to marketing,\u201d according to It\u2019s Nice That.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Luis Miguel Messianu, global chief creative officer for the McDonald\u2019s account at DDB, has left to start Included, a \u201cmulticultural creative consultancy.\u201d \u201cMy personal mission has always been to help elevate and dignify the presence of Latinos in the US,\u201d he told Ad Age.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
