Hire Extroverts<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>If you\u2019ve got the budget to hire staff, make sure some of them are extroverts because there are several benefits associated with this personality trait including:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>They form close associations with others quickly.<\/li>\n<li>They are comfortable in large groups of people.<\/li>\n<li>They tend to be charismatic, candid and straightforward.<\/li>\n<li>They communicate well with people from a variety of backgrounds.<\/li>\n<li>People are drawn to their energy.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>An extrovert is the type of person you want at board meetings, and networking events. Therefore, if you can afford to hire staff, it is in your best interest to hire some extroverts.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"subhead-embed color-accent bg-base font-accent font-size text-align\"><strong>2. Be Present and Genuine <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>If you\u2019re an introvert, don\u2019t try and act like an extrovert for the sake of building your brand. You\u2019ll come across as fake, and your audience won\u2019t connect with you. Instead, be your authentic self and let your uniqueness shine through. So, what if you don\u2019t have a big personality and you\u2019re not on the go all the time. Although it may appear as if society values these traits, there are plenty of people out there who don\u2019t and it\u2019s all about finding your tribe. You don\u2019t need to be loud and perform if that\u2019s not your character, just be yourself and the people who value your authenticity will find you. Additionally, don\u2019t feel the need to explain yourself to your audience. You will often hear introverts say things like, <em>\u201cPlease forgive me for being so boring,\u201d <\/em>or, <em>\u201cSorry that I\u2019m not a bit more upbeat.\u201d <\/em>People are either going to accept your personality or they won\u2019t, so don\u2019t stress yourself out about it.<\/p>\n<p>You\u2019ll be surprised to know that some of the most successful people in the world are introverts.
